ESOL in Higher Ed is a resource for Educator Preparation Programs. There are Power Points, videos, URLs, legislative updates, and resources for training teacher candidates on ways to effectively teach English learners. The resources are beneficial for K-12 ESOL training and undergraduate/graduate teacher education programs. In addition, we have a new and exciting e-book to demystify the study of applied linguistics for teacher educator programs. This text is simple, non-theoretical, practical, and provides 5 real-life classroom scenarios around the areas of phonology, morphology, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics--it is a great read for all Educator Preparation Programs-check it out on the ESOL in Higher Ed website.
