Frank Newman has over 25 years teaching experience. He has taught a wide variety of levels including elementary, middle school, high school and university level students. After graduating from Gonzaga University in 1989, Frank obtained a Maters in Technology Education from Eastern Washington University in 1989. Currently, Frank is teaching at Lewis and Clark High School in Spokane as well as being the current chair for SREC, the Spokane Regional ESOL Consortium.
